We Can Create Optical Devices Using Our Unique Methods.

Our photo-alignment material can be easily adopted for the production of optical devices

Rewritable Property

Our material has rewritable properties, allowing us to produce optical devices for various applications

Steps to Achieve Different Alignment Directions on the Same Surface

1. Photo-alignment material is printed on the substrate.  There is no specific alignment direction.

2. The substrate is first exposed to establish the initial alignment direction.

3. A shadow mask with the designed pattern is placed on the substrate, followed by a second exposure, with the polarizing axis differing from the first exposure.

4. The second alignment direction is achieved at the designated positions according to the shadow mask design.

Example of Optical Devices

Dammann gratings used in LiDAR application and quarter waveplates for producing 3D images are two examples of optical devices that can be created using our photo-alignment technology. There are likely many more applications for our technology.

We welcome customers to share their ideas and discuss with us.
